Boxer dogs, despite their name, don’t become violent when they are pissed at something or someone. No, they don’t shower the reason for their ire with left hooks and multiple jabs. Yes, boxer dogs are relatively peaceful doggos.
That does not mean that boxer dogs are not capable of throwing a tantrum. Just like other dogs, they know how to act out when they do not get things their way. After all, boxer dogs have emotions too.
And all emotions are valid and not shameful. That’s something our featured dog knows. So she does not hesitate to throw a mild tantrum if the situation deserves one.
Want to see a boxer dog’s mild tantrum? Please watch the video below.
In the video, we meet Lily. She’s a boxer dog. And a spoiled one at that.
We can say Lily’s a spoiled doggo because she acts like a princess. She even knows how to throw a princess-like tantrum. And her tantrum is caused by something she did herself.
Lily drops her toy ball from the couch to the floor. Soon as she realizes the toy ball’s no longer within her reach, she becomes sad. Her sadness quickly turns into a mild tantrum.
We must admit that Lily’s mild tantrum looks and sounds sweet. If we were her owner, we would not be annoyed by Lily’s tantrum at all. We might even love her more for it.
Lily’s owner retrieves the toy ball for the dog. That’s how much she loves Lily. She’s willing to swallow her pride and succumb to the dog’s wishes.
That’s something we can’t blame her for. We’d probably do the same if we found ourselves in the same situation. Lily is too cute to resist.
Also, after Lily’s tantrum, she makes this cute and silly gesture you have to see to believe. It’s worth it.
