Concerned Dog Comforts A Man Who Was On The Ground Supposedly Hurt During A Street Play

Concerned Dog Comforts A Man Who Was On The Ground Supposedly Hurt During A Street Play

Most people agree that dogs are loyal and helpful beings. They are eager to save those in need, stranger or not. An actor in Turkey is one of the lucky people who experienced a dog’s help.

Numan Ertuğrul Uzunsoy is one of the theatrical group actors who performed an intense scene during a street play. His character supposedly fell off his horse and ultimately landed on the ground. He executed the act well by showing that he was in great pain.

While lying down with closed eyes, a stray dog strolled near the performer. He was probably curious why a man was on the ground.

Little did he know that Numan was just in character. His performance was so good that he convinced the curious dog that he was hurt.

The dog slowly approached the ‘poor’ man, and when it was clear to him that he was unconscious, he placed his head on Numan’s neck to comfort him.

Numan thought that it was one of his fellow actors. But when he felt a furry face, followed by kisses, he knew that it was a dog.

Numan tried his best not to break out of character, but he needed to see the concerned fellow who comforted him. He smiled at him and gave him belly rubs.

The moment was out of the blue, and Numan appreciated the dog’s gesture. The spontaneous moment amused the other actors as well. Even the audience took notice and cheered on the heroic dog.

The dog was glad to know that the man was fine all along. After the encounter, Numan’s castmates gently accompanied the dog to the side since they needed to continue the show.

The act concluded with a round of applause from the audience. Afterward, Numan remembered the dog. Before he could thank him or meet him one last time, the dog had already gone, much to Numan’s dismay.

Numan occasionally goes to the area where locals say the mysterious dog stays, hoping that they will meet again.

Who knows? Perhaps Numan will come to love the dog and decide to adopt him and finally give him a name.
