Loving Boxer Promises To Protect Baby From The First Day He Saw Him

Loving Boxer Promises To Protect Baby From The First Day He Saw Him

Belle Ava November 8, 2019

Boxers are known for their loyalty and the companionship they offer to their humans. These dogs love to be with their beloved family members to play with them, eat with them, and protect them.

Dogs of this breed are also known for the fierce protection they provide to those whom they have bonded with. They readily show aggression whenever they perceive a threat or a danger to their family, particularly if the threat comes in the form of a stranger.

Because they are protective and caring at the same time, Boxers are also trusted to keep family members, particularly children, safe and well-guarded. These dogs are often depicted as being the best dog for families, and rightly so because they possess a kind of patience they only show towards kids.

Brock is one such Boxer. He’s a beloved family dog who lives with his human mom and dad in their home. He is very loyal to his human parents and always prefers to sit or lie down beside them and cuddle with them.

This energetic dog was content to stay beside his parents every day. What he didn’t know, however, was that this was going to change: the time would come when he won’t be the center of their attention anymore. He was the one who would be giving attention to someone else instead.

Brock’s human mom got pregnant and gave birth to a baby boy named Trey. The Boxer was ecstatic. He welcomed his little human brother as soon as he got home, sniffing and kissing him wherever his human mom allowed him to. The pooch was very happy.

From then on, Brock knew that he wouldn’t be the one who would ask for his humans’ attention. He knew that it was his duty to care for and protect Trey, who brings more happiness to their home. He knew that it’s his time to give back to his parents by watching over their little son.

And indeed, he did. Brock’s parents said he never leaves his little brother and always looks out for him. Watch the video below to see the adorable Boxer’s response to this little boy named Trey.
