Admit it, senior citizens, often get a bad rap. They’re often seen as being set in their ways and unwilling to try new things.
But what if we actually told you that there are some seniors out there who could do stuff that the younger generation can’t?
Take, for example, this female Bernese Mountain Dog who showed the world how she could get away with stuff that puppies wouldn’t dare do.
It all started when her dad left his breakfast sandwich on the kitchen counter. The dog, who was feeling particularly naughty that day, decided to take a bite out of it.
Her dad sat on their porch enjoying a few minutes of quiet time, looking forward to being filled with good food.
Dad later realized that his oldest pet would be a contender for his sandwich. It was supposed to be a simple, no-frills breakfast, but no one said he wouldn’t have competition.
He had several dogs in his household who could have stolen his sandwich, but it’s his senior dog that proved victorious.
Dad was only able to take one bite before his sandwich disappeared into his dog’s mouth.

Just look at that excited, I-couldn’t-believe-I-got-it look in this doggo’s eyes! We could tell she was super excited about the sandwich, but she was even more stoked that she could get away with it!
Luckily for this dog, she’s a senior, so she got away with it scot-free. In the end, this feisty dog got what she wanted and Dad was able to laugh it off.
After all, it’s the holidays – a time for mischief and good cheer. We think this dog is definitely onto something.
