Boba accompanied his mom wherever she went, but he was far from a typical service dog. This lovely big dog also took pride in working errands with his mom, Tina Lu, at the office as well.
When he wore his service dog vest, his undivided attention was solely for assisting his mom Tina. But when his mom removed his vest, which meant he was officially off duty, he helped out anyone who needed his services.
However, a new dog named Scout arrived in their office, accompanying his human at work. Boba now had to share some of his duties with the newbie, which concerned Tina. He truly loved being the office dog and didn’t want to share his responsibilities with another dog.
Tina shared how Boba practically pushed Scout aside to help an office employee who dropped an item on the floor. No errand was too small for this colossal doggo.
One day, Tina found the two dogs playing and hanging out together, much to her surprise. The duo seemed to get along rather well, with both dogs sporting happy smiles. Tina and her fellow officemates were relieved that Boba finally learned to share his office space with a fellow dog.
To make sure, Tina decided to ask Boba how he felt about Scout. She already taught Boba how to answer simple yes or no questions using sticky notes, a skill that was handy at times.
Tina first asked if he believed he was a good boy. Boba answered ‘yes.’ She then asked him if he thought Scout was a good boy, to which Boba replied by touching the ‘no’ sticky note.
No matter how many times Tina asked the same questions, Boba’s answers remained the same. Everyone at the office laughed at Boba’s honesty. It looked like Boba wasn’t happy about sharing his office with Scout after all.
